Senior PC Technician/Support Specialist

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Expert in building various PC systems from scratch including configuration of Bios, multiple video cards, multiple monitors, etc.
  • Expert in evaluating, building, installing, testing, maintaining and supporting PCs and laptops, peripherals, operating systems and applications.
  • Installs and supports desktop and networked printers.
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
  • Provides technical assistance and training to end-users.
  • Responds to problem/service requests on production systems within guidelines determined by SLAs.
  • Builds and maintains desktop images using Ghost and LANDesk technologies.
  • Able to provide MAC support.
  • Manages small and large-scale PC-related projects.

Junior PC Technician

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
  • Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to PC boxes, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, memory chips, CD-ROMs, and so on.
  • Collaborate with LAN technicians/network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company’s desktop computing environment.
  • Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation networking software products.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding desktop problems.
  • Ensure that physical desktop connections (i.e. RJ-45 Ethernet jacks, RJ-11 telephone modem jacks, connectors between PCs and servers, etc.) are in proper working order.

Senior Accountant/Bookeeper

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Duties include A/P, A/R, journal entries, GL, reconciliation, billing, handling banking accounts, and some light clerical duties.
  • Work with vendors in securing supplies and issuing payments.
  • Prepares cash reports and financial statements.
  • Process customer payments and billing.
  • Maintains employee records.
  • Helps administer employee benefits.

  • Directs departmental operations to ensure productions schedule and customer requirements are met. Uses independent judgment and discretion to make decisions that affects the productivity of the facility.
